Return & Refund Policy

JAK INDIA Tools manufactures and supplies precision JAK INDIA components. Due to the nature of industrial and custom products, we follow a strict return policy.
1. No Return Policy
All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery. Custom-manufactured parts are strictly non-returnable.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim damage, customers must:
- Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish.
The video must show:
- Sealed package condition
- Shipping label
- Opening process
- Visible product damage (if any)
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Reporting Timeline
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Email your claim with:
- Order number
- Photos
- Complete unboxing video
- Description of issue

4. Refund / Replacement Decision
After reviewing the claim:
- We may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund.
- Final decision rests solely with JAK INDIA Tools.
5. Shipping Costs
Approved replacements may require the defective product to be returned. Shipping instructions will be provided.
